We ship orders using trusted courier services. Depending on destination and customer selection during checkout, we may offer standard shipping, expedited shipping, or other shipping methods.
The available shipping options and corresponding carriers (standard, express, etc.) will be shown at checkout before finalizing your order.

After you place an order and payment is confirmed, we generally process and dispatch the order within 5 business days.
Once dispatched, delivery times depend on the destination and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.
If there is any delay (e.g. due to high demand, holidays, external factors), we will inform you via email about any changes to the delivery schedule.

Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, weight/size of the package, and shipping method. The total shipping cost will be displayed to you before you complete the order - no hidden fees.
You must pay shipping (if not free) together with the payment for your order - shipping cost is part of the total amount at checkout.

We ship to addresses within EU and UK.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by the carrier or incorrect/incomplete address provided by the customer - please ensure the shipping address is correct at checkout.

From the moment we dispatch the goods until they reach you, the package is under our responsibility.
If you receive a damaged package or the products inside are defective, please inform us immediately at contact@makaithelabel.shop and keep all original packaging and product photos - we will help you handle the claim.
In the rare event of loss or non-delivery (and after reasonable time has passed beyond estimated delivery), you must contact us; we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue (reship or refund).

If we offer free shipping (e.g. above a certain order amount or during a promotion), this will be clearly indicated on our Website.
Free shipping may only apply to certain geographic zones or types of shipping (e.g. standard shipping only). Any upgrade to faster shipping (e.g. express) will require payment of the shipping difference.
